Beadmask

I'm a Pacific Northwest artisan working primarily in beads and leather. My obsession with beads began in the early 80's, and I started working with leather about a decade later. While I've dabbled in other media over the years, I inevitably come back to these two. As an avid gardener and environmentalist, most of my work is inspired by nature. Likewise, I have a deep love of folklore and myth. Thus, many of my designs have mythic or fantastical elements.

In the late 1980's, I started out selling my work at festivals and Bay area shops, and I've been selling my handmade creations online since 1997. I'm grateful (and proud) to make a living doing something that I love.
